Emails are automatically sent from our system within 60 seconds of registration. Not receiving a confirmation email is usually due to spam filtering... Either by your ISP or settings on your computer.
You may want to check your spam or bulk mail folders, to see if your activation email was routed there. You will also want to make sure customersupport@bikerbids.com is in your allowed senders list.
We resend activation emails twice a week to all account that have yet to be confirmed. If you continue to have problems receiving the activation email, you may need to create a new account and use a different email address. Yahoo and gmail email addresses work very good with our system.
