To respond to any feedback you receive, whether it's positive, neutral, or negative:

·         Login to your account. You will be taken directly to your members area.

·         Click on the 'Won' link located in the left side panel under the 'All Bidding' heading. The SELLERS CONTACT INFORMATION page appears which allows you to leave feedback for any or all of the items you have previously won. Click the 'Leave Comments' link for the listing you wish to leave feedback for.  Choose the feedback rating you want to leave,  in the review field, leave your desired feedback and once finished click the 'Submit' button. 

To leave a follow-up comment to feedback you left for another member:

·         In your member area, under My Account click on the feedback forum link  this will take you to your feedback page(s). Notice under each of the comments there is a 'Respond To This Feedback' link.

·         Choose the comment you wish to follow-up on, and click the 'Respond To This Feedback' link. You will then be able to leave your follow-up comment.

Note: Remember that the response you post is permanent, so please be sure to leave only a fair and factual response.
